Ministry of Love
-Wikipedia. "Ministry of Love."
America's current administration will accept nothing else but unconditional love from its subjects. Incidentally, and avoiding racial derrogatives, is President Obama not the epitome of blackwhite? He's neither, yet somehow both, and is convinced it is relevant and irrelevant at the same time. Furthermore, his administration is on the hunt for thoughtcriminals. Last week, the White House issued a statement encouraging loyal followers of the administration to report any specific news, to include names and contact information, of opposition to the proposed healthcare plan directly to the White House via email. Paraphrase? Sure. Big Brother is spying on you. Right now.
The ultimate goal, it would seem, is Utopia. And the Party refuses to see the opposition to forced conformity. Instead, they continue to ramrod an agenda into America's circulatory system, intentionally oblivious to the past, to morals, and to sound judgement; all melted down and liquified in the name of control. Orwell etched out a loose prophecy for this when he wrote 1984. But, in a time when literature is sacrificed for MTV and internet webcams (striking resemblance to the Telescreen & Bradbury's Parlor Walls), fictional stories containing a message are passed over. Thus unable to learn from this form of history, an unaware society elected to power a veritable Big Brother government under the assumption of historical revolution. Almost immediately, the lies began and Americans are now in denial and dispute over realities. The leaders we have put into place run disinformation and propaganda, claiming the voice of dissent by the American people - for whom these leaders work - is spreading disinformation and propaganda. As always, a line is drawn in the sand and a choice must be made: in whom to believe. Amidst random relevant statements to keep your interest, I will explain my opinions on conservatism versus liberalism.
First and foremost, I feel it necessary to establish awareness that I am a veteran of the United States military and earned my honorable discharge after eight total years of duty. I therefore consider my personal views on the shape and direction of this country as relevant and somewhat informed. That being said, please check yourself if even for a moment you question my patriotism.
For nearly two years, I have been addicted to talk radio and to the various news channels. This does include progressive programs as well, so my observations are not one-sided. When I search for information on the net, I seek both sides of the story there, as well. In this particular post, though, you will find what may become heated opinions I have on these topics. In advance, I apologize if I anger you but it's also my intent to do so. As an American, a veteran, and a patriot with obviously limited ability to interact with society, I feel this is one of my duties as a citizen participating in the betterment of our national community. You will either be fiercly opposed to what I have to say, or you will find inspiration in my words. Either way you will have an opinion, you may or may not give voice to it, and my purpose for writing will be justified.
In my January 26th, 2009 post, I gave a very basic summary of my interpretation of American government as intended by establishment of independence. Here and now, I'd like to go into a little more depth starting with Conservatism. Conservatives appear, to the general society which knows no better, to be sluggish and unwilling to adapt to an ever-changing world in which we live. On the contrary, I believe Conservatives are sensative to the changing needs of America for one simple fact: a Conservative holds highest in his societal responsibilities his duty to contribute to the overall well-being and survival of the founding doctrine. In short, the Conservative conducts himself politically and in a business sense according to the guidelines set forth in the Constitution. He sees the necessity in the prosperity of the free market and individualism, which when both are functioning correctly, help to promote necessary reform to satisfy those who are less financially fortunate. Individualism and the free market both require a limited government, one whose primary function is the protection of those whom it serves. Conservatism does not support massive government expansion, especially when funded by unending increases in taxes. Liberals, on the other hand, strive for large government funded by taxpayers' bottomless pockets.
Liberals are almost 180 degrees opposite the principles of Conservatism. As displayed by the past several months of administration, Democrats appear to seek two objectives: secure control over Republicans and founding doctrine, and ensure facetime or praise for securing said control. Liberals also appear to be motivated by emotion over reason, hence commonly referred to as "ideologues." This causes them to overshoot their own "progressive" goals because they want radical change or nothing. They are children tugging at coattails, screaming for lollipops, or bullies that resort to name-calling when things don't go their way. Generally speaking, Democrats haven't served their country in many capacities beyond their own gains. Looking backward, the last Democratic President to have served in the military was John F. Kennedy. Clinton, though arguably effective in some capacity as President, did not serve. There is actually speculation that he was a draft-dodger for the Vietnam War. John Kerry did not win the 2004 election, but did Naval service in the Vietnam era. I applaud him for that, but even the one year of active duty and his alleged achievements are shrouded in conspiracy. And he sat in Inactive duty for eight years just so he could be a member of Congress. Which would leave one to think that maybe his military participation was premeditated for reasons of image. Obama has never served. I have a problem with that. Dad never gives you the keys to the Corvette on a Friday night if you've never driven the damned thing.
Political race runners naturally paint their best face and dance in the limelight, that's understood. It's always been the way of politics - promise plenty and somewhat follow-through to keep the people happy. In the politics of late, there has been a distinct straying from principle and a static cling to image. Both parties are guilty, I'm well aware. But they are finding out in the administration of "transparency," looking cool and speaking well don't get you very far. Americans can see through you. You need principles. I, and apparently a growing majority of Americans, are grasping that concept extremely well.
As I see it, our government should be centrist with a strong respect and defense of what the forefathers created; therefore, mildly conservative. Both the Democratic & Republican parties should be idea banks, that's it. They do not belong in our daily lives, they do not belong in our homes and in our bodies. A president should not be biased toward either party, and should reflect the will and interests of Americans. There should be no media control, no favoritism, no propaganda, no fearmongering. This government, this country...needs reform. Not plastic surgery. A doctor does not treat a child with a cold by medicating him for bubonic plague and removing a lung.
In closing, I will summarize: Democrats need to ascend from puberty and quit lying to us. Go back to being a voice of new ideas - that, not dictatorship - is what's needed. Republicans need to return to principles and stand up for them. We do not need to be made to love the Party and Big Brother, they need to love us.
Now...give me your Two Minutes' Hate.

1984
8 June, 2009 1550hrs
Jackson, Mississippi. Dot every I. Though I was lucky enough to only spend one night here, I'm tired of doing other peoples' dirty work. What might be a worse feeling is the disappointment in myself for not going to Biloxi, having been so close to it. Not to say that it's a particulary notable place - it's merely nostalgic.
I'm sitting at Gate 3 of the airport, and there's a girl to my right also filling the pages in her journal. I would imagine anyone watching the two of us scribble might expect a race or competition. Or they may think nothing of it. And off she goes to board her plane, perpetually unaware that a strange man had recorded her existence in his journal. It's a weird irony that is probably funny only to me. But who knows what she wrote in her journal...
May have narrowly avoided a trip to Detroit tomorrow. Had it gone as planned, it would mean that I'd have conducted in business in three entirely separate states in one week. At blue-collar pay. Not to say that I'm deserving anything more than that. It could always be worse, I suppose.
Finished reading Orwell's 1984 last night. Knew throughout that O'Brien was up to something. The end was definitely unsettling but somehow predictable. And the similarities between concepts in the story and my reality were sickening. Recently, the FDA was placed in charge of tobacco products in the States. They now regulate formulas, nicotine levels, and prohibit the flavoring of tobacco (i.e., Victory Cigarettes). Frequently the book mentions the common citizen's awareness of its government by lies and propaganda; yet, the citizens cease to care because they fear - or love - their leader. Obama, the man called President, has already been accused of communicating in Newspeak. And his Democratic Inner Party is expanding and establishing control over any aspect of free American life within its reach. Healthcare reform to instruct patients on what is suitable for them, regardless of their desires for treatment or to be cured. Standards of living - possibly UNliving - which do not apply to the Party. An attempt to freeze the pendulum of political and class warfare.
The people, however, appear to be waking. They are beginning to see. Maybe it will not be too late, as it was for Winston. Maybe.

A Rotten Tomato
Politicians, like cheap entertainment at a bar in a Podunk town, pretend to strum but never get to know the feel of the strings. To the uneducated, the inattentive, they appear to be artists. Masters of a craft. The source of innocent joy for an evening. But if you know the music, and if you've felt the strings, you see right through the lame act on stage. You feel patronized and pandered to. You feel insulted.
I want hope and change. I want something I can believe in. I didn't vote for the face that promised those things, and I have my reasons for doing so. Call it clairvoyance, call it an unwillingness to conform to popular sentiment. Call it what you will. I sit here now in my hotel room amazed; not that there are few others that had the foresight, but there are so few who are willing to look at the shape of the world and call it as it should be seen. Details...yes, the details. Coming right up. For this is the top of the hill, and downward rolls the snowball.
An American president in the midst of an "inherited" crisis, some might argue, would not concern his first presidential action of a buckling country with the closure of a detention facility (i.e., Guantanamo Bay). Why would someone who promised millions of his fellow citizens relief begin with relieving...foreigners? Captured during battle, no less, for crimes against the United States. That should have been the first indication that either he doesn't know what his responsibilities are, or that he's dishonest. But, I digress, as there are many more examples of bad decisions. Onward, yes.
The economic stimulus plan. That was red flag number two. Our response should have been flaming bags of dog shit all along Pennsylvania Avenue. If you'll recall, both Obama and the Democrats held numerous press conferences and meetings before government stating the imminent dangers we would face if we did not pass the stimulus immediately. America was told that the projected unemployment percentage would bottom out at 8% by the end of the third quarter, 2009, if his $1 trillion-dollar bill passed. The bill was passed, along with a $410 billion-dollar omnibus spending bill, and surprise...Obama was wrong. Unemployment is nearing a double-digit percentage, and America is now another $2 trillion dollars in debt. Taxpayer money spent. Not government money. Didn't come from some forgotten shadow in the dark like the empty box of Milk Duds you think magically disappears when you throw it on the theater floor. That money...was yours and mine. And our kids. Hopefully not their kids, also.
Bailouts. Aside from the banks, we were able to see what happened to the "Big Three." They are, of course, Chrysler, Ford, and GM. First, consider Chrysler and GM. Chrylser files for bankruptcy protection after a long struggle to stay afloat. As a side note, this announcement came mysteriously soon after Jeep announced it would continue to manufacture and sell the Grand Cherokee because that's what the customers wanted.. Immediately, they file for bankruptcy and the UAW earns a 55% stake in the company. The Federal Government takes a small percentage of ownership as well. Next, GM. They filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last week. The UAW comes out owning 17.5%. And the Federal Government owns 60%. But, as Obama himself claimed, his administration has no interest in running either company except in situations deemed absolutely necessary. Ever hear of a guilt trip? Sure you have. Let's say, for example, you were to let a friend borrow twenty bucks for gas or groceries. You know he/she needs it, and you know that you have it. And though you say it's for a friend, you expect something in return. Because you may need a favor someday. Don't give me the sincerity and goodness-of-heart, "I expect nothing in return" line because the odds are against you. So maybe this is a buy-out, a way of insuring a favor returned somewhere down the road. No pun.
Here's where I may truly lose some of you. Take no offense unless it justifiably offends you because you are guilty. In that case, suffer. Two topics should have been of the utmost priority to a president entering office and contending with catastrophe: welfare and illegal immigrants. Clean those up together and the health care issue would begin to heal itself. But politicians don't want to offend an ethnic community in order to guarantee votes in an election. Let me break that down for you - a politician, for whom YOU would vote, wants YOU to continually pay more and more for people who don't give back to you. They only make it more difficult for you to keep what you have earned. This in the name of political office. And welfare. There needs to be a way of justifying recipients and fully analyzing their eligibility. Eliminate the possibility for the unwed mother who intentionally procures 10 children to live off the system. Prevent those who refuse to work or actively pursue a job from getting benefits. Cut the dead weight from your leg when you're drowning. Sink or swim, America.
I finished my beer and shrugged off the horrible dinner. Flashing a look of disgust to Randy Travis on the stage with his fake guitar, I walked out of the bar and drove back to my hotel. And began to type.

Et Tu, Bammay?
When lots of people are vying for the crown, the loud ones are easiest to fend off. The quiet ones...they calculate and plan in silence. Waiting for the perfect opportunity. It's then so easy, the crown is practically handed to them.
China. Calling in our debts. Building their military with our trillions of dollars being paid on loan via Uncle Sam's MasterCard. Total population of 1,306,313,812 to our 305,529,237. Most other countries watch the U.S. spend fabled dollars to get out of mounting disasters, and shake their heads in disbelief. Hard to make or keep allies when you can't impress anyone or instill trust. Can't take on the world alone.
Rome fell.
Dammit, I was just a couple of mouse clicks from slipping into bed. Made one stupid click on a newslink by a picture of Oberman's ladyface makeup and penismouth. Now I'll be up for another two hours.
Small detour here, but we will return to my point in a moment. Conspiracy theories. Sometimes difficult to not buy into, but at some point you have to separate the truths from questionable sources of information. Some are light, taking jabs at politicians for hidden meanings. Some are serious, stating national tragedies like 9-11 were intentionally carried out by our own country. While they are interesting to puzzle and stew over, I can't marry myself to them. Usually. There is one, however, that keeps me suspicious. And it's an old one: New World Order.
Europe's already in bed with the possibility. Their socialist base is a failure. Spain acknowledges it, and wonders why America is choosing to sacrifice capitalism in the name of a failed system.
So what's my point? I have several, but I'll start here - will we fall? Either to an outsider, or to ourselves... Who's the quietest assassin? I'm trying not to buy into the paranoia, but you have to admit...it can be a bit convincing. Take the following into consideration:
- The majority of our media is tainted by a love affair with the liberals. Not to plug for Fox News, but they're one of the few who report it straight and tell us what's not being reported elsewhere. That being said, most of what you hear elsewhere you cannot trust. Even in the papers. Take your MSNBC, your CNN, CBS....with a grain of salt. They're spitting propaganda in your face to keep you brainwashed. When their reporters attack peaceful protestors, you see them for what they are. http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2009/04/cnn_reporter_berates_tea_party.html
- Obama is cutting defense money in the midst of Presidential transition. I can't find specific details on it at the moment, so it could be argued as either good or bad. Reagan didn't cut defense budgets, though. And this is when the aforementioned quiet ones may see a window of opportunity through manipulation. http://www.worldnetdaily.com/?pageId=87759
- Again, a conspiracy, but interesting - some consider the possibility of the H1N1 virus, or "swine flu," as being an engineered biological weapon. I don't particularly buy into that, but it is alarming to ponder the ease with which it became a worldwide problem. In very little time. Suspiciously when so much is happening in that area of the globe. http://www.naturalnews.com/026141.html
Alright, it's getting late and I'm losing focus. I leave you with a bit I found on a website full of quotes regarding control.
Only a large-scale popular movement toward decentralization and self-help can arrest the present tendency toward statism... A really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude. To make them love it is the task assigned, in present-day totalitarian states, to ministries of propaganda, newspaper editors and schoolteachers.

Excerpt - 4/7/09
12:10 AM 7 April, 2009
Detroit. An outskirt town named Livonia. I made my way here, and have had all evening to think. While I'm away, this type of thinking often leads to one of two emotions: anger or depression. Ashley and I just spent two hours on the phone; and with a simple question she pushed through skin, flesh, vital organ, and into synapse to spark response. She asked if I ever wondered if I was clinically depressed. I had no real answer, but my guts were filled with question marks.
Catch-22. Everyone wants me to speak up, to say more of what I feel rather than swallow it. But they think that I have a horrible and unpredictable temper as it is. What would happen if I were to let these vampire bats out of my chest? I wouldn't be very likable. I couldn't keep the peace when and where it was needed. Instead, I would be an inferno destined and determined to consume.
So why do I feel down perhaps more often than I should? If you've read anything I've ever written, you may have some insight. Furthermore, I believe an equal source of sorrow and/or uncertainty is wisdom. Certain facts cannot be disputed: I have seen and experienced more than most Ordinaries. I've also spent more time thinking, interpreting, and attempting to predict the possible outcomes of nearly any logical situation than would many. And, conversely, I understand that others have accomplished much more than have I.
Using what little or extensive knowledge I possess, I taste the world around me which has been created by my peers. My veteran status and, thus, my patriotic foundation are my taste buds. I see my government becoming tyrannical, violating this country's founding documents. The taste is bitter. I see Americans, pseudo-Americans, and people of illegal occupancy standing silent with their hands out - palms up. The taste grows bitterer. I see propaganda spreading from media sources, hear reports of increasing financial failure. International relations become strained. Leaders use misdirection and disinformation to steer and manipulate their people in the direction of an agenda - one which offers no salvation or guaranty to the very people who support it. A dark cloak of control slips over the face of what was created to be free. The taste is foul and overwhelming. It's a saturating, sobering reality.
This has a lot to do with my demons, my unrest. As once written by George Orwell, "If there is hope it lies in the proles...Until they become conscious they will never rebel, and until after they have rebelled they cannot become conscious." Through use of what little wisdom I possess, I am uncertain of the future. I know what I want from it and I will continue to strive for a good, happy life. But we all need to wake up and take the reins of this runaway carriage.
As always, if you have comments or criticisms, I would be honored to discuss them with you. Not tonight, though, because it's past my bedtime.

Day of Reckoning
Sneaky Democrats. Sneaky "stimulus plans." Tyranny.
There's something hidden inside sleeves, here. The Democrats are in such a rush to have this plan pass. So is Obama. They're pushing it quickly so no one has an opportunity to examine the 100+ page ripoff. Did you know that everyone who has had a chance to scrutinize this thing has dropped it? They don't like it, and they don't want anything to do with it. But it continues to be pushed since we're supposedly "in the worst economic recession since the Depression." Which is untrue. So much for a transparent administration.
Don't believe that no one's supporting the stimulus plan? Zero members of the Republican party - the other vital half of our bipartisan government - voted for the plan. It was still passed to the Senate. Only three sellout Republicans voted for it there. Wall Street gave "thumbs down" after Geithner opened his mouth about the plan.* But at least most of you support it because it makes you feel like something is being done to change your personal life. You've bought into the propaganda of car salesmen. $300 million going directly back to the government so that they can "buy more fuel efficient vehicles" doesn't seem too important.* Because they travel so much? I travel more than they do. My hand is not out, and my palm is not up. How about truckers? How about dumping $300 million into revolutionizing their vehicles? Surely that would be an even greater act in the effort to break from dependence on foreign oil than giving new cars to government megalomaniac dildos. In our world - you and me, the peons - we have to purchase things to be better people. Now you're having to not only purchase for yourself, but your kids are helping you pay for your government's new golf carts. Here's your hope and change.
There's so much more to talk about with this craziness. Maybe conspiracy, maybe truth...time will tell. But, should the day come when this plan flops or when massive inflation happens...someone will have to answer for it. Do you think the goverment would apologize for something like that? Probably not. My money's on Mrs. Greene in the Study with the pistol.
So sleepy....apologies for incoherence...

When Is It Enough?
I don't know if I'm disgusted by or just tired of the way things have been. Until 2008, I was never even vaguely interested in politics. I figured that government and the ways of the world were things way over my head, and the most I could do is watch it all happen as if it were on television. Until 2008. When I realized how fast we were going, and how quickly the brick wall in front of us kept getting bigger...closer... Now it's 2009. We've changed drivers and crews. Seems like they've downshifted to pick up more speed. The wall grows increasingly closer. Knowledge of impending messy collision shadows the mind. I'm reminded of a particular recent tragic flight in American history on which a determined AMERICAN sounded the words, "Let's Roll." His intent was to regain control of a rogue vessel. Prophetic, perhaps.
I've never claimed that I was either a Republican or Democrat; and considering the blurred lines between the two right now, I still avoid association. An interesting thought occurred to me today as I began to define each party in very general ways. This is how it seems to me, and should be taken as opinion. Democrats, judging loosely from history, are the knee-jerk reaction. The extreme and often hasty decision in a sticky situation. Republicans are the more rational, thought-out plan whose conservatism can sometimes be dead weight as much as it can be the real progress that we need. Each party has its great qualities, and each its dismal ones. Both are opposite ends of a spectrum, and they are necessary so that a middle may be defined. This middle, I thought, would be the bipartisan contributions and compromises of both sides. Represented by a President and a national economy.
This should not be a new idea. I'd expect most people to think I just passed a seventh-grade consitution test and wonder what the hell my point is. However, this reiteration of the basics is something I need to repeat to myself occasionally while the present is happening. Because the middle has been dissolved; the two ends catfight and engage in pressure points so much that they appear to be one unit; and the center Representative has an agenda that seems to represent only one side of the spectrum.
[angry aside]: The new stimulus plan includes $200 million to re-sod the National Mall. Why? Because of the stampede during the inauguration. The number of attendees was anticipated. Instead of the $150 million inauguration party, maybe we could have used the money we raised during our campaign to fix the damage we caused? Rather than leave it to the taxpayers? But I'm sure the party decorations were lovely.
Every day, I hear phone calls on the radio from people who have tried to talk to their local government. Who have tried to stand against things like bailouts. Their congress people blew them off. They continue to receive calls, and those calls go unanswered or shunned. Can I trust that this is truly happening? How do I know that these people are being honest? I suppose I invest as much faith in what I hear as most people do in believing that the media is telling them all sides of every story. So you let me know what that means to you.
Back on topic - When is it enough? When do we find the time to sit at home and look up American history on the internet, maybe even print out a copy of the Constitution? Making an attempt to understand that, after 212 years, we have lived and accomplished with thanks primarily to that piece of paper. And the ideas it set forth. I'll make it easy...how's Wikipedia sound? Here's a link --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Constitution Read it and embrace whatever you take from it. I found it relevant to today when I read the bit about Montesquieu, "who emphasized the need to have balanced forces pushing against each other to prevent tyranny."
[funny aside] Gunsmiths & gun shop owners thank Obama, calling him their best salesman! It's funny, but I hope this isn't a forewarning of bad days ahead.
So. When a government seems to want to take control of everything....what do we do? They don't listen? Ok. Speak louder. Present rational solutions. Take a stand. This is our money they're playing with. Our future. Our country and the freedom for which it was intended. There are other people out there who are angered; we are not alone. We just need to be heard.
[angrier aside] Pelosi is creepy. She looks like she eats babies like hot wings. She and the Fourth Reich want to begin wrapping their bony fingers around freedom. They want to censor talk radio, they blocked the House's ability to vote on American oil drilling, and they now want to implement birth control standards. At first, this seemed like a really great idea because of all the mooch assholes in this country that screw like rabbits and multiply like virii. Then it occurred to me that this could be considered population control. When maybe what needs to be done is a revamping of the methods by which our government supplies aid to obvious abusers. Because people, though you give them ample opportunities for contraception, will still have a choice to do so. And guess what? They will mooch. So now you've wasted billions on a bad plan, and you're still buying diapers for some crotchstain who just played you.
I'm done for tonight. I just remembered that we hired a tax cheat for our Treasury Secretary because Harry Reid decided there was "no one else." The country's great. The people...mostly great. But the goose...too good for the gander?

u a racist
First, to ALL of my dear friends who are of other ethnicity - you know that I care for you greatly, and I cherish our friendship. I'm sorry, but I have to comment on this subject.
Let it be known that I'm not a racist at all. I am comfortable and confident in that assessment. Here, though, is a fact about me that at least one person will immediately replace with the word "racist" - I am a realist. If there are honest statistics or demographics stating the behaviors and tendencies of a particular group of people, I honestly will tend to accept that. Notice I said "group," not "race." If you are a member of that group, I will react to you accordingly. In other words...if you act like a shitbrick, you deserve to be treated like a shitbrick.
Furthermore, I'd heard recently an opinion on the way racism is tossed up in the blink of an eye, particularly by members of the black community. People, especially whites, are so terrified by the possibility of being called a racist - and the inevitably impending consequences - that they are walked over if they have anything to say in opposition to an idea or opinion of another race. Why does this happen? The offense knows the weakness and squeezes it like a pressure point when things don't go their way. In gutless fear, the frightened defense caves to avoid being labeled as a "bad person." Fuck off. I don't care what color you, we, he, she, they are...if you act like a stereotype, than that is the treatment you deserve. Grow up and make something of yourself.
Okay, now...one last topic on this race thing. Where the hell is the pride coming from with the Obama election? No disrespect, but come on....the history of the event is that we elected a mulatto. A wuh? MULATTO. Look it up, assnotch. Not black, not white. Not the name of a coffee drink. It's a breed of human. So could someone please stop the goddamned Obama coin commercials as well as the media frenzy?
Global Warm This
From melting ice caps to poor little polar bears, everyone's taking this whole global warming idea to heart. Because they feed from the nipple of the media, and never question the booby. You know what you know because that's what the mainstream wants you to know. It trusts that you are too stupid to seek truths on your own. Propaganda has shaped civilization farther back than anyone can remember. You can bet that it's happening right...now.
So let's touch lightly into this global warming armageddon doomsday momentary mental retardation. First, humans are drama whores. The sooner this is realized, the sooner denial will pass and we can move on. Second, question the "news" pumped into your face every time you turn around. Does it matter to you that approximately 650 scientists now speak out against global warming, stating that statistics have been heavily exaggerated or falsified? Would it change your opinion if you knew that a survey had been issued to more than 1000 scientists with climate warming statistics, only to be taken back and served as "proof from scientists" that there's cause for concern? How's this for a sign of the times: in this era of swelling taxation for nothing, there are politicians considering a tax on bovine methane. Yes, that's right - taxed cow farts. How long before humans will have to drop a quarter in the government jar every time Uncle Herbert clucks in duck down the hallway? Stay away from Mexican food, folks. They're out to get our assholes...
Before you make plans to go out and buy an overpriced hybrid or electric vehicle, do some homework. Here are some informative sites to curb your appetite for relief funds:
- www.globalwarminghoax.com
Assuming that the global warming bullshit is a step in the direction of further increases in government control - and therefore, fewer of your freedoms - or, shaping of civilization, what would it mean to have a President who campaigned to stop the seas from rising? Maybe he has more information than the previously mentioned 650 scientists. Surely it would be foolish to think they know what they're talking about. But it's all about politics, baby.
